Please read these terms carefully before using our website or availing any repair services.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and LapHub Ranchi.
By using our website, submitting a device for repair, or availing any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services We Offer
We provide professional laptop and MacBook repair, maintenance and diagnostic services, including:
- Screen, keyboard, battery, trackpad and charging port replacement
- Hinge repair, body panel replacement and cosmetic fixes
- Motherboard diagnostics and component-level repair
- SSD/HDD & RAM upgrades, thermal paste reapplication
- Operating system installation, software troubleshooting, virus removal
- Overheating fixes and performance optimization
All services are carried out on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee repair success in every case.
2. Repair Process & Customer Approval
- Your device is received and a job receipt is issued.
- We perform a detailed inspection and diagnosis.
- You receive a clear estimate including cost and expected time.
- Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate.
- If additional issues are found during repair, we will inform you and seek fresh approval before proceeding.
- Once completed, the device is tested, cleaned and handed back to you.
Repair time estimates are approximate and may change due to part availability or complexity.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are estimates and may change after full diagnosis.
- The final bill includes labour, parts, GST and any diagnostic charges.
- We accept UPI, cash, debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
- Advance payment may be required for ordering special or expensive parts.
- All government taxes are included in the final amount.
4. Data Responsibility

LapHub Ranchi is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss, damage, corruption or deletion of data, files, software, operating system, accounts or any digital content during repair or diagnostics.
You must back up all important data before giving us your device.
Data recovery attempts are done on a best-effort basis only and are not guaranteed. Extra charges may apply for recovery services.
5. Warranty
- Replaced parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 30–90 days, depending on the part).
- Our repair workmanship is warranted for 15–30 days from the date of service (varies by repair type).
- Warranty covers only the repaired or replaced part — not consequential damage.
- Warranty is void if the device suffers physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized opening, misuse or normal wear after return.
- No warranty applies to software issues, data loss, or problems caused by customer-installed programs or updates.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
- Once repair begins (device opened, parts ordered or replaced), cancellation or refund is usually not possible.
- Refunds for unused parts may be considered case-by-case (may include restocking or shipping charges).
- No refund is provided after repair completion or if the customer refuses the repaired device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LapHub Ranchi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service in question.

All text, images, design and materials on this website are owned by LapHub Ranchi.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
