Yes. Replaced parts usually come with 30–90 days manufacturer warranty (depending on the part). Our workmanship is covered for 15–30 days from the date of service completion.

We strongly recommend backing up all important data before handing over your device. LapHub Ranchi is not responsible for any data loss, corruption or deletion during repair or diagnostics. Data recovery is performed on a best-effort basis only.

Yes, in most cases the initial diagnosis is free. However, for some advanced or time-consuming diagnostics (e.g., motherboard-level), a nominal fee may apply (which is adjusted if repair is carried out).

We repair most major brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, MSI, Apple MacBook, and many more. If your model is uncommon, we’ll confirm part availability before proceeding.

If the issue persists after our repair, contact us immediately. We’ll re-evaluate free of charge (within the warranty period) and fix it or provide alternatives.
